At Kailash Vastralayam, we are committed to delivering high-quality sarees and ethnic wear. Every product is carefully quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you face any genuine issue, we are here to assist you with Exchange or Store Credit Support.

Return / Exchange request must be raised within 3 Days of Delivery
Unboxing Video is Mandatory for any damage or wrong product claims
Product must be Unused, Unwashed, With Tags & Original Packaging
No Direct Money Refunds — Only Store Credits Will Be Issued
No External Return Links — All requests handled directly by Kailash Vastralayam Support

📦 Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept Return / Exchange only in the following cases:

✔ Damaged product received
✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Manufacturing defect

❌ Return / Exchange Not Accepted If

Change of mind after purchase
Minor colour variation due to lighting or screen display
Product is used, washed, or altered
Tags or original packaging missing
Sale / Discount / Clearance products (if mentioned on product page)

⏰ Return Request Time Limit

Customers must contact us within 3 Days from Delivery Date.
Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers must record a continuous unboxing video clearly showing:

Sealed package opening
Product condition
Visible damage or defect (if any)

⚠ Without unboxing video proof, return or exchange cannot be processed.

Step 3 — After Approval:

Pickup will be arranged OR
Customer may be requested to self-ship (shipping reimbursement depends on case approval)

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchange allowed only for eligible cases
Exchange will be done for:
- Same Product OR
- Similar Product (if original product is out of stock)

💳 Refund Policy (Store Credit Only)

🚨 Kailash Vastralayam DOES NOT provide direct cash, bank transfer, or UPI refunds.

After returned product is received and passes quality check:

✔ Store Credit will be issued
✔ Credit will be shared via Email / WhatsApp
✔ Store Credit can be used for future purchases
✔ Store Credit validity: 12 Months (as per active policy or offer)
